The closest thing to an Air Force bar the Web can get.
To try to relieve awesome people of the torture of n00bs, I set up the Coalition of the Awesome forums as a meeting/collaboration place for awesome people (see the definition on the site) to avoid n00bs.
By making the site self-moderating - that is, the previously selected "awesomes" can invite and class others as "awesome" as well - users are basically hand-picked and n00bs are kept in the kiddy pool until someone Awesome notices they aren't a moron, and promote them.
So far the site hasn't gotten very far, but I keep it there just in case. At the moment, almost every sane, awesome person I've ever met online has an account there. But they aren't posting...
